Why cleansing your body is so important. There are hundreds of thousands of chemicals all around you. They are deposited in the human body, damaging the genome. Impairing the immune system. Disrupting your hormone balance. Causing allergies and even cancer. Toxins are everywhere. In our tap water, food, medicines, cosmetics and cleaning products. 

A single exposure to any of them in large quantities can cause immediate toxicity symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, headaches and convulsions. But what if we are exposed to low doses of heavy metals for a long time? 

Many studies show that this can be the cause of reduced intelligence quotient and fertility problems. Fortunately, there are many ways to help the body cleanse itself. Contrary to appearances, cleansing needs to be done comprehensively, cleaning the systems and organs one by one. Recognizing When Your Body is Out of Balance

Research indicates that staying physically active can help prevent or delay certain diseases, including some cancers, heart disease and diabetes, and also relieve depression and improve mood. Inactivity often accompanies advancing age, but it doesn't have to.

When do we feel most comfortable and healthy? When we are in pain, or when nothing hurts? When we climb up to the second floor with a shortness of breath or when we can run up to it without any problem? When we feel constantly tired or when we have a relatively stable level of energy, allowing us to perform our duties? When we find it difficult to concentrate even for a few minutes, or when we have no trouble concentrating, e.g. during a longer mental effort? When we sleep through the night, or when our sleep is shallow and restless? When we have heartburn, constipation and other complaints, or when our digestive system is working perfectly? Finally, when are we cheerful or apathetic and sad for no apparent reason?

For years we have been ignoring the small signals our body gives us that something is out of balance, something is missing or conversely, something is too much. We blame our depression on a lack of sunshine, we blame the cold season for being cold all the time, we consider the onset of lifestyle diseases to be age-related and we treat allergies as something normal that affects many people.

Would it be good news if we knew that most of these unfavourable conditions could be changed, in addition quite quickly? If we are born healthy, we already have a good background and great potential for living in health. And even if we were not so lucky, we can still do a lot and significantly improve the quality of our lives.

The Importance of Cleansing for Health

If work is the most important thing for someone, then a lifestyle for health should be equally important, because it makes us more efficient, quicker to think, etc. If family is the most important thing to someone, then lifestyle should also be the most important thing, because it gives energy to take care of others and, at the same time, to be a good example for them. There is no realm or argument against the fact that the most important thing we can and should do is to take care of ourselves properly.

Of course, it would be wrong to expect our body to remain in top form. That is impossible. We have different problems, we meet different adversities. 

When can we talk about an imbalance? When a state appears and does not and doesn’t go away the next day and the next. Sometimes we are stuck in it and we do not remember when it it has appeared, because we have become accustomed to it and it does not occur to us that it is not a sign of full health, well-being and our capabilities. 

If there are no special situations, such as viral infections, bacterial infections, congenital defects, accidents, etc., it can be said that the causes of ill health, increasing ailments and the creation of an internal environment

The main causes of ill health, increased ailments and the creation of an internal environment conducive to disease are mainly three:

– Insufficient hydration of the body
– too many toxins (including toxins produced by parasites and proliferating fungi, e.g. candida)
– a shortage of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that affect the condition and health of our cells.

So we have in the body what we should not have – toxins, parasites, fungi.
But we have too little of what the body needs – vitamins, macro and microelements, fats EFAs, water.

Both situations – excess and deficiency – are directly linked to our lifestyle.And only we can change this.

The benefits of my first detox, which I did several years ago, were spectacular. They amazed and convinced me so much that I have since done a cleansing at least once a year since then. I still remember the impressions of that first experience to this day and I often mention them in lectures and workshops. They confirmed for me that cleansing is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

 Although we have to accept certain limitations, it gives our body such strength and regeneration which cannot be provided by any holiday, spa treatment or other activities we undertake to improve our and on which we needlessly spend a lot of money.

Due to cancer, my whole body deteriorated. Every now and then new complaints, dysfunctions and lesions appeared, it was as if the body no longer had the strength to defend itself. 

The detox worked wonders – already during the cleanse I stopped feeling pain. I had to get rid of the effects of chemo and radiotherapy. It is true that after a few months I felt bad again, but I knew that before I did anything else I should go through another detox. So I did. Since then (and it’s been several years now) the pain and the cancer have never returned. And I hope it will stay that way.

The spectacular effect was a surge of energy – I would wake up at 5am ready to start my day and take action. 

It’s a great experience when you feel yourself bursting with energy! 

 

The third effect, extremely pleasing to me, was the improvement in appearance: a smooth complexion, bright eyes, bouncy skin, a well-rested and fresh face. My friends were sure that I had had a fantastic holiday. 

Every year since then, there had to be a detox time in my life. I have also tested various forms of detox, eventually choosing the ones that I think have the best results and that everyone can try.
